AHHHH! My Wig Doesn't Fit!

I was so excited to "build" my own Monster High Doll, until...

THE WIG DIDN'T FIT!
talk about being upset, especially since it cost $19.99!... and here I was left with 4 little bald Monster High heads  :o(

... then an idea popped into my head, why not paint the hair on like a liv doll?

I used puff paint to style some cute little pixie cuts, let them dry over night and done.

  2. This is great! I hadn't considered this. I always keep my hair short and it's so hard to find dolls with good short hair.

  6. Hello just new to ur blog and I enjoy all ur work my daughters are 5 and 7 and we do all ur barbie crafts can't wait till u make some more Barbie comforters sets as for the monster high how did u get them bald and which dolls are theses?

    1. these are the "create a monster kits" they come with no hair and you are supposed to just put the wig on... but i must have gotten a bad batch because mine did not fit.... but that is so awesome that you and your daughters are enjoying our crafts... and we will get to work on those bedding sets :o)

  7. I ran across your site by accident while looking for papier mache sites. I LOVE what you are doing! I have great grandaughters and have been thinking of making them a papier mache/cardboard dollhouse. Your site will help me do more stuff for them, too! Thank you for sharing your ideas!

  9. Moxie Teenz wigs are pretty large and might fit if you cut off the posts inside the wigs, but great idea!

  11. Hey I'm a HUGE fan!!! And this has nothing to do with the wig/hair thing but I watched your video on how to make a hanger and I don't have that wire stuff so I found a paper clip and reshaped it into a hanger!! It's alittle hard but most people have it. Also earlier I replied to a comment instead of adding a new one!!! Oops sorry!!! And it was just asking for a tour...(says it above) Love your crafts!!! Keep up the GREAT work!!!!!!!!!!!

  12. Hello fence shame that you could not put the hair but otherwise watch it now only you will have these monster high. No one else because the other people have with hair platisco ... By the way I like the first but the second is also very nice. Put missing!
    You could also if any returned. I love the monster high, I see your videos on the internet (youtube) on piano, bed, closet, bathtub ... (I've loved) make furniture that fits your personality'm doing a house for them! Keep it from working.

  14. you should make like a doll breakfeast set like pancakes and an orange juice carton and napkins and plates like u did the napkins and plates in the how to make party stuff for dolls video, and i totally bet u cud cause let me just tell u, your awesome!! cause i made the ice cream sundea with the cut water bottle, cotton balls, brown paint and water, popsicle stick, and sprinkles of paper, but i didn't have colorful paper so i just used real sprinkles, they were christmas red, white and green one's i LOVE your videos, now im gonna get a new doll house and new dolls, and everything, your videos are awesome, especially the makeup one, the mascara was a really great idea, do u come up with this stuff cause if you do, that's TOTALLY awesome man!!!! btw, I'm 10 check out my channels, sweetsSOCCERmusic2488 and soccerandmusic islife, i just sing in them, luv ya peace\m/ btw, that's a peace sing, but u probably already knew that, ok NOW peace\m/

  16. Ok, this is genious! Great idea. For people that can't paint that great, Liv wigs fit the monster high create a monster dolls, that is what my dd uses. I love the pixie cuts though!
